We provide free standard ground shipping for shipped within the U.S., regardless of the size of your order.  Free Shipping On Order Over $49.99,  See the final shipping costs during checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE

– Processing time:

Once your order is gone through, we will send an email to you to confirm before shipping out.

Please allow us 2-4 business days for preparing and processing your order.

If it is customized, it will take 7 working days.

– SHIPPING METHOD

USPS First Class Package

– Delivery time:

We will right away send the package to the shipping service to ship out to your request destination after completely finishing the process.

As usual, it will take about 15-20 business days to arrive at your area. depending on the shipping address.

Please be patient if the delivery time is later some days comparing to our usual time frame, because the shipping may be affected by other factors (weather condition, shipping company, holidays, the pandemic, etc.)

Delivery Time

Our fulfillment and shipping times vary by product. View the below chart to determine the delivery time for your order. Fulfillment time begins upon receipt of cleared payment. 

Notes:

*Extended shipping time is due to overseas shipments of imported products. We provide complimentary expedited shipment through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the equivalent. 

Please be aware that peak delivery season leading up to U.S. holidays may cause longer shipping times, and overseas holidays may increase fulfillment time on imported items. Orders shipped from the USA to outside the 48 Continental USA may take longer.

As shipping companies are independent third-party businesses, we can only provide delivery estimates and cannot guarantee a specific day of arrival. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, peak delivery times, adverse weather, customs delays, or COVID-related issues. We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipments or orders, once shipped. If your package is not received within 60 days of shipping we will replace it for you at no charge.

We are not responsible for forwarded packages or items sent to an undeliverable or incorrect address that you provided.

Order Updates

You may cancel or modify your order within two hours of placing the order by emailing support@jordanshoesvip.com with the email subject “Cancel order [insert order number]” or “Edit order [insert order number]”. After two hours, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
